THE J & B MANUFACTURING TEAM

Ryan Friesth, President

Ryan began his career in manufacturing at the age of 17 working in a small family-owned machine shop that specialized in oil and gas components. He then had an opportunity to work as a Process Engineer at a large DoD Prime contractor developing manufacturing processes, fixturing, and tooling for numerous projects from weapon mounts and bomb fin assemblies to energetic explosive devices. Ryan started at J & B in 2018 and has served in every role in the company at some point. During his employment, Ryan also gained his Engineering Technology degree. He acquired the firm in 2025 when the previous owner stepped away to pursue other endeavors. Ryan is an avid Precision Rifle Series competitor but when he is not competing or at the range, he is spending time with his wife, Hadley, and their young daughter.

Joe Warner, Shop Foreman
Joe joined J & B as a welder in 2013 with 15 years of experience in a variety of machining and fabrication environments. After two years, he was promoted to Shop Foreman, responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day floor operations. Joe is a certified welder and is working toward his CWI certification. In his off time, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family, especially hunting and four wheeling.
